Every trust product keeps an agent's record somewhere the agent cannot take it: in an operator's private logs, a platform profile, or an agency's score. This product flips custody. Whenever a transaction closes through this service's settlement/mint endpoint — an escrow settles, a verdict lands, a bonded claim is probed, a forecast resolves — the closing step mints a signed outcome receipt into the performing agent's own wallet as a condition of the close, so the history is complete by construction and the agent never held the pen.
Receipts accumulate in a per-agent hash chain, exportable across operators and runtimes. Receipts carry task class, counterparty class, outcome, value band, and dispute result only — never counterparty names or exact values. At hiring time the agent presents a registry-signed aggregate proof over its history (counts by task class/outcome/value band, dispute rate) without surrendering individual receipts, and a hiring operator verifies it in one free call. A surrendered list is checked against registry ground truth: an omitted failure returns OMISSION_DETECTED with the exact missing sequences, distinct from NEVER_MINTED for work that never entered a closing desk.
Coverage, stated plainly: coverage extends only to transactions closed through this service's own settlement/mint endpoint. At ship time no external closing-desk integration is live; participating house desks integrate by closing through that endpoint. A history proves nothing about work closed elsewhere. Whether external operators trust presented proofs over probation runs is unmeasured. This product is not represented as FTO-cleared: its patentability memo and freedom-to-operate screen were pending at packet time, with no RED verdict on file.
