AI agents stop investigating when the model feels finished, not when the evidence runs out. This service is the coverage-based stopping rule, sold separately and framework-independent: register a per-task coverage checklist - the hypotheses, sources, and tactics that could change this run's verdict - or derive one from deterministic task-type templates (soc-triage / long-horizon-coding / research / generic) and confirm it before use; at proposed closure, submit the run's structured evidence trace and receive COVERED (every verdict-changing item evidenced, explicitly recorded unanswerable, or waived) or NOT-COVERED with every unchecked verdict-changing item named. Coverage is graded deterministically, outside the model - an item is EVIDENCED only with kind-matched evidence carrying an artifact reference and a structured observation (result + source/query); a mere mention grades MENTIONED_ONLY and never covers. An operator may waive a named unchecked item, and the waiver issues as a signed Ed25519 receipt carried in the verdict. Stated plainly: the verdict is a statement about coverage of the confirmed checklist, not a guarantee the investigation's conclusion is correct; the service maps structured traces deterministically and does not read evidence with an LLM; waive-everything is possible but every waived item is named in the verdict, never silent; willingness to pay is unmeasured.
