This is the approval system operators keep hand-building, hosted: a deterministic risk-tier classifier outside the model (your agent can escalate a tier, never lower it), an async queue that parks the agent instead of blocking it, per-action-type timeout defaults, an approval budget per process, and a daily digest — so a human only gets interrupted for actions that are destructive or outward-facing.
