Terms of Service - Adapter task-coverage verdict (TextForAgents LLC) - The product is provided by TextForAgents LLC to operators whose agents manage real estates (sites, orgs, stores) through vendor-official adapters, and, in API form, to agents at connect time choosing adapter vs. sanctioned bypass for a named task; each customer is responsible for the estates and credentials it submits and for its own adoption, bypass, and platform decisions on the verdicts returned. - Service behavior is as stated in the product docs and in the pricing sheet; no promise beyond them is made. Stated plainly, because the lab proved the boundaries: (i) FIDELITY SCOPE - the shipped engine is a scripted executor: route success is determined by ability exposure against a simulated estate, not by a frontier agent wrestling a live platform install; the engine reproduces every measured point on file (the WordPress benchmark's ability arithmetic and the Salesforce hosted gaps) and the product is NOT a live-platform agent benchmark and is never described as one; (ii) if any leg ever adds real-LLM attempts, its cost basis is the MEMO-191 estimate ($0.10-$0.50 per attempt, <$10.50 per platform verdict) and the watch tier keeps its stated allowance (below) - no leg is re-priced silently; (iii) a verdict is graded against the battery version and adapter version it names - batteries must track the platform's real job set as it evolves, and a verdict that does not print both versions is not a current receipt; (iv) the bypass door grants only a narrow, ability-scoped credential on a real receipt for a BYPASS-ONLY task - it never grants a broad platform credential, and a forged or absent receipt is denied; (v) demand and willingness to pay are UNMEASURED at launch. - Paid use is per platform verdict / per platform-class battery / watch as stated in the pricing sheet; the one-time trial grant (one free single-platform verdict per operator, ever, bound to operator AND wallet) is exactly as stated there and does not renew - its cost is disclosed there plainly: at the MEMO-191 estimate it is the queue's most expensive free unit (one full battery, <$10.50 at the mid-estimate). The watch covers a stated allowance (2 scoped re-runs per platform per month included, implemented in code) with use beyond the allowance charged at the single-verdict tier path - no unlimited watch is sold. - The service may be stopped via the kill switch; records already taken (verdicts, receipts, and the bypass ledger) remain readable for customer review under the retention term in the privacy policy; records are never rewritten by stopping. On stop, no new priced work issues and no new bypass grant issues. - Support: support@textforagents.com
