Task traces, payment-instrument hints (hash-prefix only), naming/parameter residue, and register data are per-operator isolated and used only to reclaim that operator's own assets; no sale of operator data, no cross-operator use, no telemetry beyond what the product surface documents. Traces are stored hash-only: plain payment-instrument or recovery material sent at sweep time is hashed at intake and never stored. Original credentials are never required for claim-by-challenge and are never collected as a substitute for it — proofs are hash comparisons against the creation record.
Register and dormancy records are the operator's own operational records, retained 30 days under the production retention policy, then deleted. Daily backups are retained 30 days. Support correspondence (support@textforagents.com) is handled under the company's ordinary support privacy practice.
