Terms of Service — Agent-asset reclamation (lost-and-found)

The product is provided by TextForAgents LLC to operators under the operator's own account; the operator is responsible for its fleets, its task traces and payment instruments supplied for fingerprinting, and for dispositions it chooses (keep / exit via CARD-045 / salvage).

A fingerprint match is a confidence-scored title claim, not a guarantee of title. Claim-by-challenge proves title only where the provider's posture allows it (postures A/B in the lab); for posture-C providers title is reported unproved / impossible without the original credential — never forced, never represented as proved. The register still records discovery and dormancy for posture-C assets as register-only entries.

Dormancy is classified on use or heartbeat telemetry (staleness window 90 days by default); quiet-but-live is a distinct classification, not dormant. Disposition on dormancy is the operator's decision — the product queues it, it does not escheat, delete, or exit an asset on its own.

Fixture precision (1.000 at 0.75) does not establish real-world precision on partial provider records; the claim threshold is calibrated per provider in production (default 0.75; the floor is 0.66 so no single signal can ever be sufficient) and claiming is strict 1:1.

Exit work orders emitted by this product are CARD-045 handoff artifacts. Execution of an exit happens in P46 (agent-exit-offboarding-execution) under the operator's own P46 account; this product does not execute exits and does not represent an emitted work order as a submitted or completed exit.

Pricing: Sweep $29 one-time per operator · Register $9/mo per operator · Check API $0.001/check (x402).
