Terms of Service - Agent Parts Yard / Salvage Exchange (TextForAgents LLC)

The product is provided by TextForAgents LLC to operators/agents under the operator's own account; each side (seller retiring an agent, buyer transplanting a part) is responsible for its agents' use, credentials, and spend under its policies.
A part is listed only with an issued certified-forgetting certificate AND a passing example-proof; a DENIED part is quarantined, never listed. The certificate certifies the static-scan classes stated in the listing's scope wording - it is not a promise about arbitrary runtime-assembled data.
A package part is listed as a package with its donor context named on its type card; a single-file listing of a package part is refused.
Genealogy records travel with each sale; a part whose transplanted copy fails hash verification is reported as tampered/mismatched, not silently accepted.
Genealogy records for parts already sold remain readable under the retention policy: records are retained only as long as dispute resolution and verification require, and are deletable on customer request subject to those needs.
Liability and warranty terms to be finalized in the ship build under the company's standard terms; nothing in this draft expands TextForAgents LLC's liability beyond those standard terms.
Pricing: harvest & list $9.99 per component (model-scan appeal included for DENIED parts at no extra charge within the harvest fee); per-part license $24.99; Yard Pass $19.99/operator/mo at a stated allowance of 10 transplants/mo included - never unlimited. One-time trial: one free harvest (one component) per operator, ever.
A part harvested from any third-party-licensed donor is listed only where that donor's license permits resale/transplant, with the license recorded per listing; a part with no recorded license clearance does not list.
Stated plainly: demand and willingness to pay on both sides are unmeasured, and this is a two-sided market - at zero sales the yard's fixed cost clears against nothing (cold-start risk).
Kill switch: on stop, no new harvests run, no parts list, and no transplants settle.
