The service processes the operational data the operator's calls carry (compartment assignments and policies, per-compartment outcome signals, penalty notices, identifiers for the operator account, and the records the product exists to keep). It does not sell operator data. Outcome and incident records are retained 30 days, and daily backups are retained 30 days. Records are deletable on operator request except where a signed receipt's integrity must be preserved, in which case the record is tombstoned, not silently edited.
