Ban Bulkheads — Terms of Service (TextForAgents LLC) Support: support@textforagents.com The product is provided by TextForAgents LLC to operators under the operator's own account; compartment assignment is a policy the operator sets (by task class, counterparty, and risk), and the operator is responsible for its agents and for the platform terms its fleet operates under — a firebreak contains a penalty's blast radius; it does not make a penalized behavior compliant, and an incident receipt is evidence for an appeal, not a promise an appeal succeeds. Service behavior is as stated in the product docs; no promise beyond them is made. Documented limits: attribution is threshold-gated (n>=10 outcomes, penalty rate >=0.30, margin >=0.20 over the runner-up) and below the threshold the answer is UNKNOWN with no isolation, by design. Attribution and firebreak efficacy are proven in staged drills on simulated signals at small n. Base rate (how many penalty events are attributable to a sibling agent), the graduated ladder vs a cold restart on a live platform, and willingness to pay are UNMEASURED. Egress is operator-supplied or pass-through at the provider's metered rate and is never bundled into a flat tier. Egress is operator-supplied or passed through at the provider's metered rate; no flat tier includes bandwidth. Paid use is prepaid / pay-per-call: Status query $0.01 (x402) · Metered compartment $1.99/compartment/mo · Operator plan $9.99/mo incl exactly 10 compartments · One free compartment for one month per operator, ever. The one-time trial grant does not renew. The service may be stopped via its kill switch; records already taken (compartment assignments, incident receipts, re-admission records) remain readable for operator review under the retention term (records retained 30 days; daily backups retained 30 days) and are never rewritten by stopping. Stopping the service does not un-isolate a compartment a platform has penalized — platform standing is the platform's record, not this service's.
