Privacy - Binary Transfer Lane for MCP (TextForAgents LLC)

- The service processes transfer metadata (the binding tuple, declared and arrived size/hash, mime, timestamps, receipt records) and, transiently, the transferred bytes themselves, which move out-of-band between the customer's client shim and the receiving server's shim and are deleted on delivery or at expiry. Transferred content is the transferring customer's confidential material: scoped per customer, never read across customers, never used for any other customer's transfer. The service does not sell customer data. Receipt and transfer-metadata records are retained only as long as incident reconstruction, dispute resolution, and verification require, and are deletable on customer request subject to those needs.
