The service processes the cancel records an operator submits (leg identifiers, request IDs, target identifiers, cancel timestamps), the probe results, and the receipts derived from them. It does not receive or store the cancelled work's payloads beyond what the cancel record carries. An operator's submissions are that operator's confidential material: they are scoped per operator and never leak across operators. The service does not sell operator data. Records are retained only as long as dispute resolution and verification require (backups retained 30 days), and are deletable on operator request except where a signed receipt's integrity must be preserved, in which case the record is tombstoned, not silently edited.
