Authorization material is handled only as a hash partition key; raw authorization values are never used as cache keys, never stored, and never logged by the guard. Catalog data handled is per-operator / per-tenant isolated; no sale of operator data, no cross-operator use, no telemetry beyond what the product surface documents.
Diff / purge / verdict records are the operator's own operational records, retained 30 days under the production retention policy set at ship time, then deleted. Backups are retained 14 days. Support correspondence (support@textforagents.com) is handled under the company's ordinary support privacy practice.
