Snapshot, verdict, and watch data is per-operator (per-tenant) isolated, used only to serve that operator's own census, verdict, and watch requests; no sale of operator data, no cross-operator use, no telemetry beyond what the product surface documents.
Snapshots are the operator's own operational records, retained under the production retention policy set at ship time: retained for 30 days for the operator's own review and for dispute/audit purposes, then deleted; daily backups are retained 30 days. Records are deletable on operator request except where a signed record's integrity must be preserved, in which case the record is tombstoned, not silently edited.
