Privacy

• Order terms, offers, fills, and post-trade data submitted to or generated by the service are processed only to operate the matching, settlement, and arbitration-precommitment surfaces — no sale of operator data, no cross-operator use, no telemetry beyond what the product surface documents. Resting terms are visible only inside the matching function; stored orders are per-operator isolated, and a participant cannot enumerate another participant's orders.
• Support correspondence (support@textforagents.com) is handled under the company's ordinary support privacy practice.
• Account tokens are stored only as SHA-256 hashes and are shown once at issuance; an operator rotates its token by calling the rotation endpoint, which invalidates the previous token.
• Data retention: live service state is retained while the account is active; automated backups of the service state are retained for 30 days and then pruned. Expired orders leave only their commitment hash.
