Privacy - Departure board: joined retirement receipt (TextForAgents LLC)

- The service processes retirement evidence presented per leg (residue censuses, bypass ledgers, harvest manifests, salvage records), receipts, and operator accounts. A customer's evidence and receipts are that customer's confidential material: scoped per customer, never leaked across customers, never used to grade another customer's departure. Receipts name still-live credentials by ID as the revocation checklist requires; credential secrets themselves are never requested or stored. The service does not sell customer data. Records are retained only as long as dispute resolution and verification require, and are deletable on customer request subject to those needs.
