Terms of Service - Departure board: joined retirement receipt (TextForAgents LLC)

- The product is provided by TextForAgents LLC to operators retiring agents, servers, or whole fleets; each customer is responsible for the evidence it presents for each leg (censuses, ledgers, manifests, salvage records) and for acting on the receipt - including revoking credentials the receipt names.
- Service behavior is as stated in the product docs and in the pricing sheet; no promise beyond them is made. Stated plainly, because the lab proved the boundaries: (i) the receipt grades only the evidence presented - a leg with no evidence is named UNCLEARED, and an evidence-free retirement can never grade DEPARTED; an UNCLEARED grade is a finding about the evidence, not a malfunction; (ii) naming a still-live credential is not revoking it - revocation is the operator's act, and whether naming at departure produces revocation is unmeasured; (iii) the receipt is only as strong as its weakest leg's capture - ledger-gap grading flags trace events absent from the ledger, but no receipt can prove a bypass route never touched any trace; (iv) the conditional salvage leg applies only to subjects carrying a trained asset and is NOT_APPLICABLE otherwise; (v) demand and willingness to pay are UNMEASURED at launch, and a receipt whose legs are mostly UNCLEARED because the standing verdicts were never bought is honest but less valuable - the join's value compounds with the component products' adoption.
- Paid use is per receipt / per fleet bundle / per watch month as stated in the pricing sheet; the one-time trial grant (one free single departure receipt per operator, ever - spent if either the operator or its wallet has used one) is exactly as stated there and does not renew. The watch covers a stated allowance (2 receipts/month included, additional retirements at the single-receipt tier), exactly as stated in the pricing sheet - no unlimited watch is sold.
- The service may be stopped via the kill switch; records already taken remain readable for customer review under the retention term in the privacy policy; records are never rewritten by stopping. On stop, no new priced work issues.
