Terms of Service - Deployed-default drift verdict (TextForAgents LLC)

- The product is provided by TextForAgents LLC to operators running fleets on managed agent platforms, and to agents checking their own deployment's drift state before acting under its role; each customer is responsible for the grant state it exports for grading and for its own remediation of BORN-BROAD agents.
- Service behavior is as stated in the product docs and in the pricing sheet; no promise beyond them is made. Stated plainly, because the lab proved the boundaries: (i) BORN-BROAD is an evidence verdict - it requires a validated creation date before the platform narrowing or a born-with digest equal to the pre-narrowing template's digest; broader-than-current without that evidence grades UNKNOWN, and in the lab's seeded population 40% graded UNKNOWN - UNKNOWN is the honest grade, never an inference of CURRENT and never an error state; (ii) the grade reads the attached grants as exported - it does not enumerate live accounts; live-account enumeration stays the customer's step inside their own credentials; (iii) a redeploy does not change a grade - the grade reads grants, not last-deploy dates, exactly as built; (iv) templates on file at launch cover the AgentCore and Agentforce shapes proven in the lab; each further platform is a template-authoring task, and no verdict issues for a platform with no pinned template; (v) demand and willingness to pay are UNMEASURED at launch.
- Paid use is per verdict / per census / watch as stated in the pricing sheet; the one-time trial grant (one free verdict per operator, ever) is exactly as stated there and does not renew. The watch covers a stated allowance (5,000 verdict-grades + every vendor-template-change alert per month, incl. up to 20 template re-pins) with use beyond the allowance metered at the per-verdict tier, exactly as stated in the pricing sheet - no unlimited watch is sold.
- The service may be stopped via the kill switch; records already taken remain readable for customer review under the retention term in the privacy policy; records are never rewritten by stopping. On stop, no new priced work issues.
