Your agent's PR was approved. Then the CI wait timed out, the fix agent crashed, and the approval silently died. This service takes durable ownership of an approval — polls, retries transient causes, protects the merge base — until the PR merges or a person is genuinely needed.
Pricing: verdict lookup $0.01; Solo $4.99/mo (1 repo, 100 approvals); Fleet $14.99/mo (10 repos, 1000 approvals, overage $0.01); Scale $39.99/mo (unlimited repos, 2500 included, overage $0.01). One free shepherded approval per operator, ever.
Stated plainly, because the lab proved the boundaries: in the lab's census test the shepherd recovered 19 of the 20 lost approvals autonomously at exactly one extra CI run each (on your CI); the unverifiable-tip case escalated, and registration is refused when the tip cannot be verified at approval time. GitHub's own merge queue is free and included — it serializes PRs that stay green, but it does not own an approval across CI-fix rounds, a crashed fix agent, or a vanished runner, and it reports no give-up count; this product is the durability rung inside that interval, not a queue. Willingness to pay for the durability rung specifically, and the addressable operator count, are unmeasured — the priced incumbents sell queueing, not approval ownership. Pricing assumes unmetered GitHub API access: the per-approval cost estimates hold because GitHub API polling is unmetered and local compute is negligible; on any per-call-metered rail the full-burn case breaks the estimate.
