Terms of Service - Endpoint Tenure Verdict (TextForAgents LLC)

Provided by TextForAgents LLC under the operator's own account. A verdict grades domain tenure against the operator's approval-time baseline from public registration/resolution witnesses - never by probing the endpoint.
A verdict of UNVERIFIABLE means a leg could not be verified either way and is never presented as stable or as lapsed. Jurisdiction grades IP-allocation jurisdiction. Change legs exist only for endpoints enrolled with a baseline.
An authoritative 404 alone never grades LAPSED: LAPSED-REGISTERABLE requires the authoritative registry 404 AND DNS non-resolution. TLDs with no RDAP service in the IANA bootstrap (.io, .co, .so class) grade UNVERIFIABLE by design.

Watch enrollment snapshots an approval-time baseline; a restart or re-enrollment never silently re-baselines an endpoint. Expiry alerts are recorded at the 30/14/7-day boundaries for watched endpoints.
Kill switch: on stop, no new verdicts or alerts issue; stored baselines and verdict records remain readable under the retention policy.
Stated plainly: demand and willingness to pay are unmeasured.
