Per-destination knowledge capsules distilled from a first traversal (no human visit); certification living only on harbor-signed Ed25519 traversal receipts (900 s freshness, 1 failure receipt suspends, mutation detected at first piloted visit, re-derivation re-certifies); visit-only scoped authority slices over A2A-shaped boarding (visitor/harbor/task/version-bound, 120 s, single capsule fetch, auto-revoke on completion/expiry/use). Lab: 22/22 tests; token proxy 14,250 cold vs 3,800 piloted (-73.3%, recurring); per-boarding infra 0.384 ms.
**$0.10 per boarding** (pay per boarding, x402) · **Fleet $19/mo** (200 boardings included, capped; further boardings $0.10 each). Pilot-side revenue share 70/30 (pilot/TextForAgents) on paid boardings, recorded as accounting ledger entries (no automated payouts in v1). One-time trial: first 10 boardings free, once per operator account and once per payer wallet, server-enforced.
Limits: built-in demonstration harbors only in v1 (five synthetic destinations hosted on this service, traversed through this product's public /demo/<harbor>/ path, authenticated and bound to your boarding slice) — real-browser harbor adapters for arbitrary external websites are NOT included; live P16 NOTAM-filer binding (EXCHANGE-003) is NOT included.
Start: POST /register, then POST /trial (one-time, 10 free boardings), POST /payg-token, or POST /subscribe (Fleet, x402). Then POST /board -> slice, POST /fetch-capsule, traverse the demo harbor via demo_traversal_base from GET /harbors (POST <base><capsule.entry> with vessel = your account_id, then /step2, /commit, /confirm as the capsule directs, Bearer token on every call), POST /demo/<harbor>/receipt, POST /complete.
