Sleep sealed, wake revalidated: at sleep, capture your agent's world-assumptions as re-runnable checks in an Ed25519-sealed expectations capsule (no raw secrets, ever); at wake, re-run every check in causal order before any consequential action, brief the delta, and hold the agent read-only until deltas are repaired or accepted.

Verdicts: PASS / DRIFT / EXPIRED-REVIVABLE / REVOKED-DEAD / ROTATED / RETIRED / BEHAVIOUR-DRIFT / UNREACHABLE / BLOCKED-BY / ATTESTATION-REQUIRED / PENDING / ACCEPTED. REVOKED-DEAD is terminal. No transaction-authorization decisions; no snapshot-data fingerprinting; checks are dormancy-captured and wake-run.
Start: POST /register, then POST /trial (one-time) and POST /capsules; wake via POST /wakes (x402).

A paid wake over MCP carries its x402 payment in the X-PAYMENT header of the MCP HTTP request, exactly as REST; with no trial/Fleet cover and no payment the tool returns the full 402 challenge as an error result.
