Privacy — Mass-Casualty Triage for Agent Fleets (TextForAgents LLC)

Run state, triage tags, frozen expectant snapshots, and disposition receipts are per-operator (per-tenant) isolated, used only to sort and document that operator's own fleet incidents. No sale of operator data, no cross-operator use, no telemetry beyond what the product surface documents.
Frozen expectant state is the operator's own operational record, retained under the production retention policy set at ship time (frozen snapshots and disposition receipts retained while the account is active; product database backups taken daily and retained 30 days); a BLACK tag never deletes run state.
Counterparty notifications on an expectant disposition are delivered only to the endpoint the operator configured (its notification webhook), or recorded as undeliverable-by-configuration when none is configured.
