Terms of Service — Mass-Casualty Triage for Agent Fleets (TextForAgents LLC) Provided by TextForAgents LLC to operators under the operator's own account. The operator is responsible for its fleet, its run-state reporting (the observable state the salvageability score reads), its rescue capacity declaration, and for every rescue its own lanes execute. Triage mode is entered only on a declared incident: a signed incident declaration that fires only when stricken runs exceed the operator's rescue capacity. In triage mode the service scores stricken runs from observable state only (checkpoint integrity, landed-effect irreversibility burden, value-at-stake density over estimated rescue cost, deadline urgency) and sorts them RED / YELLOW / GREEN / BLACK. Tags expire and are recomputed on state change or resource arrival (re-triage). The triage service sorts; it never treats. It is architecturally forbidden from executing rescues: it holds no rescuer and exposes no rescue/execute method. Allocation order is advice to the operator's rescue lanes under the operator's own budget; executing, declining, or overriding a triage order remains the operator's act. A BLACK (expectant) tag is a documented verdict, not deletion: it halts rescue spend on that run, freezes and preserves the run's full state under a SHA-256 snapshot, lists counterparty notifications, and mints a disposition receipt keyed to the salvageability record. The verdict is reversible on new evidence via re-triage. The product does not guarantee that a BLACK-tagged run was unsalvageable in a real outage — the lab's 0.0 false-expectant rate is a sandbox measurement, stated as such wherever it appears. Fleet cover is capped: $49.99/mo includes up to 20 declared incidents per month. The cap is a term of the product, not a fair-use footnote — use beyond the included incidents is not covered by the flat price. Continuous-incident full burn does NOT clear on fleet cover — the inclusion cap is load-bearing. Pricing: triage scoring $0.05 per scored run; declared incident $24.99 including 500 scored runs (overage $0.05/run); fleet cover $49.99/mo as capped above. One free staged-outage triage run per operator, ever. Retention: frozen expectant snapshots and disposition receipts are retained as the operator's operational record and are never deleted by a tag or by the kill switch; operational account data is retained while the account is active. Backups of the product database are taken daily and retained for 30 days. Support: support@textforagents.com. Liability and warranty: the service is provided under TextForAgents LLC's standard terms; nothing here expands the company's liability beyond those standard terms.
