Terms of Service - MCP App cross-host sandbox verdict (TextForAgents LLC)

- The product is provided by TextForAgents LLC to MCP server operators shipping MCP Apps, to host / agent-platform operators prefetching and security-reviewing UI templates, and to agents querying a widget's per-host verdict at decision time; each customer is responsible for the widgets it submits and for its own ship decisions on the verdicts returned.
- Service behavior is as stated in the product docs and in the pricing sheet; no promise beyond them is made. Stated plainly, because the lab proved the boundaries: (i) the engine grades by CSP simulation parameterised from the measured host behaviours on file - agreement is proven against the 4 measured points from the CARD-187 controlled experiment, and everything beyond them is labeled harness-model / UNVERIFIABLE in each verdict (the verdict's fidelity fields); the product is NOT a real-browser grid and is never described as one; (ii) grading is from violation events only - behaviours that emit no violation event (bridge-message drops, non-CSP permission denials) are named blind spots in every verdict and graded UNVERIFIABLE, never PASS; (iii) the stale-HTML window is measured for the claude host class (cached-for-connection) and labeled harness-model for the other host classes; (iv) host policies change - a verdict is graded against the host-policy version it names, and a host update can move a verdict until the harness is re-parameterised; (v) demand and willingness to pay are UNMEASURED at launch, and the UI-shipping subset of the MCP registry ecosystem is unmeasured.
- Paid use is per verdict / per matrix / CI watch as stated in the pricing sheet; the one-time trial grant (one free single-host verdict per operator, ever, bound to operator AND wallet) is exactly as stated there and does not renew. The CI watch covers a stated allowance (40 matrix runs per month) with use beyond the allowance metered at the matrix/single tiers, exactly as stated in the pricing sheet - no unlimited watch is sold.
- The service may be stopped via the kill switch; records already taken remain readable for customer review under the retention term in the privacy policy; records are never rewritten by stopping. On stop, no new priced work issues.
