Privacy — Paid-call checkout conformance probe (TextForAgents LLC). The product processes endpoint URLs and discovery/challenge documents for endpoints a customer registers or queries, probe and settlement records, and verdict records. Discovery and challenge documents are the endpoint operator's own public listing material. Submitted endpoint registrations and monitoring configurations are the submitting customer's confidential material: scoped per customer, never leaked across customers, never used to probe another customer's private endpoints beyond what that customer registered. Settlement records are kept to the extent dispute resolution and verdict verification require. The service does not sell customer data. Records are retained only as long as dispute resolution and verdict verification require, and monitoring configurations are deletable on customer request; where a signed verdict's integrity must be preserved, the record is tombstoned (configuration detail deleted, verdict and its hashes retained), not silently edited.
