Terms of Service — Paid-call checkout conformance probe (TextForAgents LLC). The product is provided by TextForAgents LLC to (i) paid MCP/x402 server operators buying checkout assurance for their own endpoints, and (ii) buying agents/operators querying, before committing budget, whether a standard client can actually pay an endpoint at its discovered price. Each customer is responsible for the endpoints it registers or queries, for the buyer-set spend cap it declares for any settled probe, and for any listing, pricing, or spend decision it makes on a verdict. Service behavior is as stated in the product docs and in the launch packet; no promise beyond them is made. Stated plainly, because the lab proved the boundaries: (i) a verdict grades the endpoint's checkout at probe time on the fixture-proven dialect families (x402 v1 body / v2 PAYMENT-REQUIRED header; MCP JSON-RPC-error / isError-result / _meta transports) — the live-endpoint catch rate is UNMEASURED (the lab evidence is 19/19 on seeded fixtures, not a live census); (ii) a passing settled verdict proves one official-client-shaped purchase settled and delivered at that moment — it is not a guarantee that every client version, wallet, or network condition will pay, and a seller's later deploy can break a dialect the verdict previously passed, which is what the change-triggered re-probe and regression alert exist to catch; (iii) where dialects diverge on price, the probe settles NOTHING and grades the divergence — the service never pays an amount that differs across discovery, challenge, and settlement legs; (iv) the settled leg spends real money by design: on the on-demand tier the endpoint's own call price is a disclosed pass-through, stated pre-run and bounded by the buyer-set cap, and inside monitoring plans any settled purchase for an endpoint priced above $0.05 is likewise metered as pass-through — no probe runs above a customer's cap; (v) willingness to pay for settled monitoring (Q4/Q7) and pass-through acceptance are UNMEASURED at launch. Paid use is per-lookup / per-probe / per-endpoint-per-month / per-operator-per-month as stated in the pricing sheet; the one-time trial grant (one free fresh settled probe per operator, ever) is exactly as stated there and does not renew. The service may be stopped via the kill switch; verdicts already issued remain readable for customer review under the retention term and are never rewritten by stopping — verdicts are signed, and a tampered or unsigned verdict fails verification rather than being silently repaired. On stop, no new probes, purchases, verdicts, monitoring runs, or alerts issue (reads of already-issued verdicts may remain available for verification), and the probe wallet makes no further settlements.
