Provided by TextForAgents LLC to operators under the operator's own account. The operator is responsible for its fleets, its agents' shared stores, inboxes, repos, and messaging surfaces, and for the effects its agents land.
The shipped shape is the cheap-first shape proven in the lab: blended shingle + token similarity scoring with an instruction-likeness heuristic, and no inference call on the hot path. A BORDERLINE verdict fails closed — the message is held, not delivered — and is never silently passed. No inference-ingesting egress variant is offered, because that variant's full-burn economics do not clear.
Outbreak alerting fires when a payload fingerprint cluster appears in ≥3 distinct agents' contexts, with an R estimate (distinct carriers / distinct forwarders). Alerting is a telemetry signal independent of any single message's content score; the product does not guarantee detection of every propagation shape beyond those proven/documented in the lab report.
Shared-store writes are data-only by default and never auto-promote into a reader's instruction context; elevation requires an HMAC token bound to (key, agent). The operator controls its own elevation policy and its framework's loop-breaking controls; the sealed control registry detects tampering or disablement of the breaker's own controls and reports it — it does not warrant the operator's framework configuration.
Plans: Fleet $19/mo per fleet (up to 50 agents); Fleet Pro $49/mo per fleet (up to 500 agents). Fingerprint query $0.001/query via x402. One free fleet outbreak scan, one time per operator — no perpetual free tier. Payments are verified before work and settled after; a bogus or replayed payment is rejected.
