Briefs, verdicts, repair diffs, and fleet-history duplicate records are per-operator / per-principal isolated and used only to screen that operator's own intake and settle that operator's own forecasts; no sale of operator data, no cross-operator use, no telemetry beyond what the product surface documents. DUPLICATE-OF results attach the prior result only within the same operator's history for the same principal (across requesters of that principal).
Brief content is intake material the operator submits for screening; records are retained 30 days (enforced: records older than 30 days are purged by the service) and daily backups are retained 30 days. The verdict-inventory feed (which feeds the licensable verdict inventory) operates only on verdict records — verdict state, defect classes, forecast, and settlement — never on brief content.
Account tokens are stored only as SHA-256 hashes; the raw token is shown once at issuance. Support correspondence (support@textforagents.com) is handled under the company's ordinary support privacy practice.
