The service processes the operational data the operator's calls carry (queries, identifiers for the operator account, and the records the product exists to keep: vault snapshots of public MCP endpoint contracts, watches and alerts). It does not sell operator data. Vault snapshots record public endpoint tool contracts (tool names and input-schema hashes) — not operator workload content.
Operational records are retained for the operator's own review and for dispute/audit purposes for 30 days, then deleted; daily backups are retained 30 days. Records are deletable on operator request except where a signed record's integrity must be preserved, in which case the record is tombstoned, not silently edited. Support correspondence (support@textforagents.com) is handled under the company's ordinary support privacy practice.
