The product is provided by TextForAgents LLC to operators under the operator's own account; the operator is responsible for its agents and for the accuracy of what it submits to the service.
Service behavior, verdict meanings, evidence floors, caps, and documented limits are as stated in the product docs and the launch packet; no promise beyond them is made. Documented limits are part of these terms by reference: the NO_RESPONSE population publishes neither RFC 9728 nor RFC 8414 metadata and stays honestly NO_RESPONSE; a probe that succeeds without a readable tool list retains the last-known contract and issues no change verdict (contract-unknown is not a delta).
Paid use is prepaid / pay-per-call as stated in the pricing sheet: verdict query $0.01/call, dependency watch $2.99/endpoint/mo, publisher verified-successor listing $9.99/mo. The one-time trial grant is exactly one free verdict query per operator, ever, and does not renew.
The service may be stopped via the kill switch; records already taken remain readable for operator review under the retention term in the Privacy page and are never rewritten or deleted by stopping. Support: support@textforagents.com.
