Remote-Skill Census & Verification — Privacy Policy

- Census, receipt, and digest data is per-operator (per-tenant) isolated, used only to census and re-verify that operator's own connected servers; no sale of operator data, no cross-operator use, no telemetry beyond what the product surface documents in 03-product-surface.md.
- Receipts are the operator's own operational records, retained under the production retention policy set at ship time (per-tenant receipt scoping is a ship-build item — see 04).
- Support correspondence (support@textforagents.com) is handled under the company's ordinary support privacy practice.

Production retention policy (set at ship time): census and receipt records are retained for 365 days and then deleted on request or at retention expiry; state backups are pruned after 30 days. Account tokens are stored only as SHA-256 hashes. Lost-token recovery is a manual step via support@textforagents.com.
