Remote-Skill Census & Verification — Terms of Service

- The product is provided by TextForAgents LLC to operators under the operator's own account; the operator is responsible for its fleet's server connections, its host personas' declared capabilities, and for the effects its agents land when loading skills.
- The census enumerates a remote server's loadable skill set for a specified host persona by paginating skills/list and chasing skill references from server instructions and served skill bodies; the listed / loadable-but-unlisted / referenced-but-unreachable partition for that persona is the census output. A skill whose manifest is absent or declared "dynamic" is recorded as an UNVERIFIABLE inventory state — the product does not represent it as verified, loadable-safe, or absent.
- A signed receipt binds server identity, persona, the partition, and the full file-digest set of the loadable skills. On re-census, any changed, added, or removed file changes the digest-set hash and automatically revokes the receipt's pinned approval. The product censuses and verifies digests; digests prove listing/bytes agreement, not that a skill's content is safe — skill content remains untrusted input, and the product makes no safety guarantee for any skill's instructions or scripts.
- The census's completeness limit is stated plainly: a skill that skills/get would serve but that neither the listing nor any chased reference ever names is undiscoverable by construction and is outside the census (LEGAL-479 §3 disclosure item (4)).
- Continuous verification re-verifies on cache-TTL expiry and on manifest change, subject to the included re-verification cap per server per month in the pricing sheet (03); re-verifications beyond the cap are metered.
- Liability and warranty terms to be finalized in the ship build under the company's standard terms; nothing in this draft expands TextForAgents LLC's liability beyond those standard terms.

Production terms settled at ship time: the included re-verification cap is 50 re-verifications per server per month; re-verifications beyond the cap are metered at $1.99 each. Prices: one-time census $1.99/server (one free census per operator, ever); continuous verification $9.99/server/mo; fleet $99/mo (25 servers included). The service never loads, executes, or approves a skill; it censuses and verifies digests only. Warranty is disclaimed to the maximum extent permitted by law; aggregate liability is capped at the amounts the operator paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
