Privacy — Standing-offer envelopes (TextForAgents LLC)
- Envelopes, acceptance records, receipts (winner and loser), and bulletin state submitted to or generated by the bulletin are processed only to operate the bulletin for that operator's fleet, order acceptances, and issue receipts — no sale of operator data, no cross-operator use, no telemetry beyond what the product surface documents. Bulletin state and receipts are per-account isolated.
- Retention: live product data is retained while the account is active; backups are pruned at 30 days. Receipts remain verifiable under their published bulletin keys.
- Support correspondence (support@textforagents.com) is handled under the company's ordinary support privacy practice.
