Tool-Call Origin Attestation — Terms of Service (TextForAgents LLC)

The product is provided by TextForAgents LLC to operators of agent fleets and tool gateways under their own accounts; each operator is responsible for registering its issuers and verification keys correctly and for the dispatch decisions it makes on the verdicts returned.
Service behavior is as stated in the product docs; no promise beyond them is made. Documented limits: a verdict is evidence about the attestation presented, not a guarantee about the call's intent — ATTESTED proves the named issuer signed those exact arguments; it does not prove the underlying model turn was benign. Probe verdicts are bound to the (framework, exact version, patch state) probed and are EXPIRED on version change; a surface the suite could not probe grades UNTESTED, and UNTESTED is never presented as clean. Willingness to pay is UNMEASURED — no external operator has paid for this at any price. Live-target grading runs against operator-supplied framework dispatch-surface endpoints and staged live targets implementing a dispatch surface; a surface that cannot be probed grades UNTESTED honestly.
Paid use is prepaid / pay-per-call as stated in the pricing sheet: Attestation check $0.01/execution incl. signed receipt (x402) · Check bundle $4.99/1,000 checks · Probe verdict $4.99 per framework x version x surface · Fleet plan $49.99/operator/mo incl. exactly 10,000 checks/mo + weekly re-probe of up to exactly 5 surfaces (beyond-cap checks meter at the bundle rate $4.99/1,000) · ONE free probe verdict (one surface) per operator ever. The one-time trial grant (one free probe verdict for one surface per operator, ever) is exactly as stated there and does not renew. Checks beyond the fleet plan's included 10,000/mo meter at the bundle rate — no uncapped-checks shape is sold.
The service may be stopped via the kill switch; records already taken (issuer registrations, check receipts, probe verdicts) remain readable for operator review under the retention term below (records retained 30 days; daily backups retained 30 days) and are never rewritten by stopping.
Measured production costs (ship time, local compute basis): per-check storage/transport cost and per-probe-suite cost per framework type are recorded in the product's live-measurement record and in the ship report; the $0.01 check price clears the measured production cost.
