Hibernation capsule for rarely-run agents

Sleep sealed, wake revalidated: an agent's world-assumptions are captured in a sealed capsule and re-checked before it acts on waking.

Your annual filing agent wakes into a changed world - expired credentials, mutated tool contracts, a retired model - and fails on its one run that matters. At sleep time the capsule records what your agent assumed the world would still be as re-runnable checks (tool contract hashes, credential references + expiry - never raw secrets - model pin, behaviour fingerprints), sealed with Ed25519. At wake, a gauntlet re-runs every check in causal order before any consequential action, briefs the delta, and holds the agent read-only (probationary wake) until each delta is repaired or accepted through the operator review queue. Verdicts: PASS / DRIFT / EXPIRED-REVIVABLE / REVOKED-DEAD / ROTATED / RETIRED / BEHAVIOUR-DRIFT / UNREACHABLE / BLOCKED-BY / ATTESTATION-REQUIRED / PENDING / ACCEPTED. REVOKED-DEAD is terminal.
