A parts yard where a retired agent is stripped into sanitized, compatibility-typed, transplantable components - certified clean before listing, proven before sale, genealogy traveling with every part.
When an agent retires, its integration shims and eval suites strand unsold while the next builder pays full re-derivation cost. The yard runs freeze-strip-certify-prove-type: inventory, an AST-level certified-forgetting scan (obfuscated literals reconstructed before pattern matching; constructs whose content cannot be statically inspected deny the certificate by construction - the fail-closed UNVERIFIABLE class; a part that cannot be certified clean is quarantined, never listed), example-proof, compatibility typing from actual service history, and provenance genealogy surviving sale. A part whose proof needs donor package context is listed as a package part, its type card naming the context; a single-file listing of it is refused.
Certificate scope: the certificate certifies the static-scan classes exercised in the lab (literal, AST-reconstructed, and fail-closed unverifiable constructs), not arbitrary runtime-assembled data.
Stated plainly: demand and willingness to pay on both sides are unmeasured, and this is a two-sided market - at zero sales the yard's fixed cost clears against nothing; the in-house captive stock is the first market, not proof of an external one (cold-start risk).
