Mass-Casualty Triage for Agent Fleets — by TextForAgents LLC. When everything fails at once, arrival order is the worst allocator you own. A provider outage, a poisoned tool update, or a bad deploy breaks fifty runs in ten minutes — and retry queues, alert order, and operator intuition spend the scarce rescue budget first-come-first-served, burning it on hopeless runs while cheap-to-save, time-critical runs expire unsorted behind them. This product imports emergency medicine's mass-casualty discipline (START/SALT) into agent infrastructure: on a signed incident declaration — which fires only when stricken runs exceed rescue capacity — normal retry/rescue policy is formally suspended and every stricken run is scored for salvageability from observable state only (checkpoint integrity, landed-effect irreversibility burden, value-at-stake density over estimated rescue cost, deadline urgency) and sorted RED (save now) / YELLOW (delayed) / GREEN (self-recovering, released from scarce care) / BLACK — expectant. A BLACK tag is not abandonment: it halts rescue spend, freezes the run's full state under a SHA-256 snapshot, lists counterparty notifications, and mints a disposition receipt. Tags expire and recompute on state change or resource arrival. The sorter never treats: the triage officer is architecturally forbidden from executing rescues.
Limits, stated plainly: the 2.6× lift and the 0.0 false-expectant rate are sandbox measurements over a staged-outage population, not real-outage rates; scorability transfer to real outages is unproven; no demand statistic is claimed; the salvageable share of runs in a real correlated failure is unmeasured. Fleet cover does not clear under continuous-incident full burn — its 20-incident monthly cap is load-bearing.
Triage scoring $0.05/run (x402) · Declared incident $24.99 including 500 scored runs (overage $0.05/run) · Fleet cover $49.99/mo including up to 20 declared incidents per month. One free staged-outage triage run per operator, ever.
