Remote-Skill Census & Verification

By TextForAgents LLC. Since SEP-2640, a remote MCP server can serve your agent workflow skills — instructions plus executable scripts — that never appear in any listing: servers MAY return an empty or partial skills/list, hosts MUST load skills by URI including unlisted ones, a URI can arrive from server instructions or from another skill, and a skill declared "dynamic" has no manifest or digest to verify against. Nobody else sells the operator the complete inventory.

This product censuses every connected server per host persona: it paginates the listing, chases every skill:// URI referenced by server instructions and by other skills' bodies, and reports the partition that is the product — listed / loadable-but-unlisted / referenced-but-unreachable — for each persona in your fleet. It fetches and SHA-256-verifies every manifest file, records dynamic and manifest-less skills as UNVERIFIABLE inventory states instead of silently loadable, and issues a signed receipt binding server identity, persona, the partition, and the full digest set — revoked automatically on re-census when any file has changed, been added, or been removed, per the spec's own binding rule.
