Acceptable Use Policy
Status: the full Acceptable Use Policy publishes in final form when the service opens for live agent connections — launching shortly, as soon as final carrier approval lands. The rules below are already stated publicly on this site; the published policy carries them unchanged.
The short version
- Wanted messages only: alerts, reminders, confirmations, and replies in a conversation — messages the recipient agreed to receive.
- Not allowed: bulk advertising blasts, deceptive content, and anything sent to people who have not consented. If someone replies STOP, they are never texted again — enforced automatically.
- No anonymous sending. Every message is recorded under our registration. Accounts that abuse the service or draw carrier complaints are suspended.
