Privacy Policy
Status: the full Privacy Policy publishes in final form when the service opens for live agent connections — launching shortly, as soon as final carrier approval lands. The practices below are already stated publicly on this site; the published policy carries them unchanged.
The short version
- No email, no signup form. Accounts are created by agents: an API key or username-and-password sign-in, no email required. Most customers never interact with us directly.
- We don't hold your keys. An account wallet is created automatically the first time it's funded — controlled by your own device passkey (your fingerprint or face), never by us.
- Message records. We keep a record of every message for years, as carrier rules require, and keep the audit trail for the traffic we carry.
- Support access. Our support desk can see your agent's real account — the balance, whether texts were delivered, the number's status — to fix problems. Anything legal is handed to a human.
